About Us
Dinah founded KADINAH FOUNDATION in 2014 registered it in Uganda in 2024, so as to do more meaningful and impactful interventions with proper legal documentation, partnerships, fundraising, and strategies. The mission is to transform and create a positive impact and continuous support system to the families of the less privileged children and youth to have meaningful lives through the prevention, withdrawal, and rehabilitation of children in difficult life circumstances. For example, street children, orphans, needy children from dysfunctional impoverished families through skills training. Sensitization, advocacy campaign on awareness raising on children’s education, health, nutrition, human trafficking and future employment opportunities through engagement of mass media, religious, and community leaders to stop child labor. Promote empowerment of girls and women, and the rights of children. Offer handouts like clothes, shoes, foodstuffs, scholastic materials, and basic necessities to orphans, disabled, needy children and youths, widows, and elderly.
KADINAH FOUNDATION has reached out to mid-western Uganda like Hoima, Kyangwali, Busoga in eastern Uganda and Mubende in central Uganda. To date, the foundation has donated over 7 Wheel chairs, donated scholastic materials, clothes, and home supplies. The foundation has held 10 sensitisation meetings which have helped school drop outs to go back to school and enrollment to increase among the poor communities.
